PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Although we generally dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays), it may take up to 2-3 business days for orders to be dispatched. Delivery time will vary from location to location, and is dependent on the delivery method used and is calculated from day of dispatch not the day the order is placed.

All orders are tracked and sent using Australia Post standard parcel shipping or express post parcel shipping, as soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the delivery time frames noted below, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

*Bottled Gel Shine/Matte UV Top Coats and Magic Remover is ONLY available for shipping Australia wide (no international shipping) and Express Shipping is NOT available within Australia for these products and can only be sent by Standard shipping.

SHIPMENT POLICY

This Shipment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes how the orders are shipped, when you place orders with Bodhi Tree Nails on our website, i.e. https://bodhitreenails.com.au/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & ConditionsRefund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy statement.

1. DELIVERY

a)  Delivery Service: We ship to Australia and internationally. We use the services of third-party delivery service providers for shipping all the orders placed by our customers. The third-party logistics that we presently use is Australia Post.

b)  Important Note: Delivery times are often subject to change based on industrial or business disruption, shortage of an item, bad weather, transit time of your carrier, destination address, or Covid related restrictions etc. Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons. Please allow up to 14 days for your item to be delivered within Australia, 3 weeks for your item to be delivered within New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and 6 weeks for Europe and all other international destinations. We will not be able to take any further action with regard to your delivery before these delivery times have elapsed.

c)  Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide up to date and accurate shipping address information. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout as orders are often processed immediately on receipt – if you become aware of any discrepancy in your shipping address then please Contact Us straight away. Whilst we will do our best to assist, we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are shipped to an incorrect address as a result of us being provided with that information by you.

2. ORDERS, SHIPMENT, FAILED DELIVERY, AND DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

a) Not for Commercial Purpose: You cannot buy our products for a commercial purpose, unless allowed by us. No use of our intellectual property may be made without our express written consent.

b)  Assumption of Risk: You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified. We or our delivery partners accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

c)  Failed Delivery: If your package cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided by you for the reasons such as an incorrect shipping address and/or incorrect phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

d)  If you fail to pick-up: If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local centre of one of our third-party logistic service providers for pick up. If you fail to pick up the package from there for any reason, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

e)  Refusal by you/receiver: If you/receiver refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

f)  Damaged/Open Box: In case you receive your package as damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please also contact us at info@bodhitreenails.com.au with your order details and photos.

3. THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Whenever you place an order with us, it is our third-party delivery service providers (hereinafter referred to as our “Delivery Partner”) who ships and delivers the products to your doorsteps in the most convenient and hassle-free manner. The third-party logistics that we presently use is Australia Post. For this purpose, we also share certain personally identifiable information (PII) of yours with our Delivery Partner in order to fulfill your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy statement for more details on this subject.
